Session 1: Advanced Body Positioning & Traction Management
- Dynamic weight shifting
- Adjusting posture on uneven terrain
- Understanding traction zones (front vs. rear)
- Practice: Loose dirt turns, standing balance drills
10:30 AM – 12:00 PM
Session 2: Hill Climbs & Descents
- Throttle control up steep climbs
- Safe line selection and body position
- Descending with engine braking and clutch feathering
- Practice: Repeats on small-to-medium elevation trails
12:00 PM – 1:00 PM
Lunch & Recovery
- Hydration and nutrition tips for off-road riding
- Peer discussion: Challenges and wins so far
1:00 PM – 2:30 PM
Session 3: Cornering & Ruts
- Medium-speed cornering with proper line selection
- Riding in and out of ruts without panic
- Trail flow and vision management
- Practice: Figure-8 drills, rut navigation course
2:30 PM – 3:30 PM
Session 4: Obstacles & Terrain Features
- Logs, roots, and small drop-offs
- Clutch pop and lofting front wheel (intro-level)
- Trail braking on mixed terrain
- Practice: Obstacle course run with coaching
3:30 PM – 4:30 PM
Session 5: Trail Loop Challenge
- Guided intermediate-level trail ride
- Real-world terrain navigation
- Coach follows and provides feedback in sections
- Includes off-camber turns, elevation shifts, soft surface zones
4:30 PM – 5:00 PM
Debrief & Progress Review
- Rider feedback and skill assessment
- Tips for ongoing practice
- Certificate of completion / group photo
