Safety Briefing & Ride Plan Overview

  • Map of trail routes
  • Radio/comms check

8:30 AM – 11:30 AM
Off-Road Ride: Warm-Up & Trail Loop

  • Explore beginner/intermediate track loops
  • Practice on hill climbs, turns, and terrain changes
  • Optional skills stations: log crossing, sand riding, braking drills

Midday: Break & Skill Sharpening

11:30 AM – 12:30 PM
Lunch at Camp

  • Packable trail lunch or pre-arranged group meal
  • Hydration reminder & rest break

12:30 PM – 2:00 PM
Optional Skills Workshops

  • Trail-side maintenance basics
  • Navigation & GPS 101
  • Group discussion: solo vs. group off-roading

2:00 PM – 4:30 PM
Open Ride Time / Challenge Course

  • Ride at your own pace on designated routes
  • Set up a lighthearted mini time trial or obstacle challenge
  • Buddy system encouraged

 Evening: Camp Vibes & Bonding

4:30 PM – 5:30 PM
Cool-Down Ride or Scenic Sunset Loop

  • Low-key ride to nearby overlook or easy trail
  • Group photos / GoPro footage opportunity

5:30 PM – 7:00 PM
Campfire Setup & Dinner

  • Cookout or pre-prepped group dinner (can rotate cooking duties)
  • Fire safety reminder
  • Chill music / hangout zone

7:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Campfire Session

  • Stories from the trail
  • Stargazing or reflection circle
  • Rider trivia or giveaway (if part of a larger event)

9:00 PM onward
Wind Down
