By accessing or using https://trailmaster.in, for the purpose of booking training sessions, purchasing products/services, or even merely browsing for information, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Use of Website

• You must use the site only for lawful purposes.
• Any misuse, including fraudulent bookings, is prohibited.

2. Training Program Bookings

• Bookings are confirmed only after full or partial payment (or as specified).
• Participants must provide accurate personal and emergency contact information.
• TrailMaster reserves the right to reschedule or cancel programs due to weather, safety, or instructor availability.

3. Safety & Liability

• Riding programs involve inherent risks.
• Participants must follow instructor’s guidelines at all times.
• TrailMaster is not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from negligence or non-compliance with safety instructions.
• Riders may be required to sign a separate waiver of liability before participating.

4. Products / Services (As Applicable)

• Product / Service details, pricing, and availability may change without prior notice.
• Orders are subject to payment confirmation.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations by participants must be made at least 15 days prior to the program date for a refund (minus processing fees).
• Last-minute cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.
• In case of cancellation by Trailmaster (e.g., weather, safety concerns), participants may choose to reschedule.
• Product/ Service purchases follow our Return & Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, program material, designs, and branding are owned by TrailMaster and cannot be used without permission.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of Bengaluru City, Karnataka – India.
