Return & Refund Policy

At TrailMaster, we put great care into planning our training programs so every rider has the best possible experience. We also understand that unexpected situations can arise. This Return & Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for our training programs.

Training Programs Cancellation

  • Cancellation 15 days or more before the program
    If you cancel at least 15 days before your scheduled training, you are eligible for a full refund, minus the processing fee to cover administrative costs. We appreciate the advance notice, as it allows us to offer your spot to another rider. Refund will be initiated with in 3 days of the request.
  • Cancellation less than 10 days before the program
    Unfortunately, cancellations made within 10 days of the program date are non-refundable. At this stage, resources such as instructors, venues, and equipment have already been allocated. We kindly ask for your understanding.
  • No-shows
    If you do not attend the program and haven’t informed us in advance, the booking is considered a no-show and is non-refundable. This policy is in place to ensure fairness to other participants and respect for the instructors’ time.

Programs canceled by TrailMaster
If, for reasons beyond our control (such as bad weather, safety concerns, or instructor illness), Trailmaster needs to cancel or postpone a program, we will provide you with a free reschedule option at a future date of your choice. Your learning experience matters to us, and we want to ensure you don’t miss out.
